The Change Your Brain Foundation is proud to support the firefighters of Los Angeles and Orange County who have been on the front lines battling the devastating LA fires. Through our scholarship program, we are offering 100 full evaluations, providing comprehensive assessments, brain scans, diagnoses, personalized treatment plans, therapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT), follow-up visits, and additional supportive services. Our mission is to help those struggling with trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges by offering cutting-edge care designed to promote healing and resilience. We are committed to giving back to those who have risked their lives to protect our communities.

As part of your participation in the Firefighter Foundation program, we ask that you complete a brief questionnaire at Intake, 6 Weeks, 12 Weeks, and 6 Months. These are an essential part of the program and contribute directly to our outcome studies and Dr. Amen’s ongoing research.

You’ll receive the questionnaires via email (or text) at each of these intervals. If a questionnaire isn’t completed, a member of our team will follow up with a reminder to help keep everything on track. Your participation is truly appreciated. By completing these questionnaires, you’re helping us improve care and support for firefighters nationwide. Thank you for being part of this meaningful work.
