Daniel Amen, MD, Board Chairman

Dr. Amen is a physician, adult and child psychiatrist, and founder of Amen Clinics with locations across the U.S. Amen Clinics has the world’s largest database of functional brain scans for psychiatry totaling more than 225,000 SPECT scans on patients from 155 countries. He is the founder of BrainMD, a fast- growing, science-based nutraceutical company, and Amen University, which has trained thousands of medical and mental health professionals on the methods he has developed.

TANA AMEN, BSN, RN, Board MEMBER

Tana is a New York Times bestselling-author, health and fitness expert, Vice-President of Amen Clinics—the world’s leader in brain health, mentor, motivational speaker, and former neurosurgical ICU trauma nurse.

Sheri Schulze, Board MEMBER

Sheri is a Licensed Professional Counselor at GROW Counseling, serves on the board of Grow Restored Foundation, President of Pathways Real Estate, LLC, and founded Plan A Foundation, an organization designed to help those in crisis situations, including short-term financial relief. She is a facilitator of the Spiritual Leadership Institute for Females, which is an offering from the CEO Forum organization.

Tracy Duhon, Board MEMBER

Tracy and Troy Duhon founded Giving Hope as a nonprofit dedicated to changing lives through love. The mission is simple: To give glory to God and to promote human dignity through tireless efforts to feed, clothe, house, and provide fellowship to those in need around the world.

EARL HENSLIN, Board MEMBER

Dr. Earl Henslin has a doctorate in clinical psychology and is a licensed marriage and family therapist and is a, former part-time faculty member at the Rosemead Graduate School of Psychology at Biola University, La Mirada, California. Dr. Henslin is the author of seven books, and co-author of three books and numerous professional articles. He is a member of several professional organizations and helped in the founding of Overcomers Outreach to aid churches in establishing support groups.

JASON WAHLER, DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT

Jason Wahler is a well-known TV personality, host, actor, advocate, and philanthropist, who appeared on popular TV shows such as MTV’s Laguna Beach, The Hills, Celebrity Rap Superstar, and The Hills: New Beginnings. He battled with addiction publicly for years until he appeared on Dr. Drew’s Celebrity Rehab and began a new life in recovery. Jason has dedicated his life to raising awareness of substance abuse and mental health to change the public’s negative perception.

Kimberly Kirksey, Advisory Board Member

Kimberly Kirksey started her successful contract furniture dealership, Kirksey & Co., Inc., in 2015. With over 25 years of client experience at both the local and national level, Kimberly consistently showcases her positive attitude and extensive guidance. She achieves key results by understanding client needs, implementing proven strategies, and managing workplace innovation tailored to their overall portfolio requirements and culture. Her keen business insight has allowed her to establish a resourceful and strong leadership team in the industry. She brings her passion, dedication, and expertise upon delivery of every project and relationship.

ANGELYNN EDWARDS, Advisory Board Member

Angelynn (Edwards) Keane is originally from Alabama. She has over 20 years in marketing and business development. After receiving a Bachelor of Science in Business at The University of Alabama and an M.B.A at The University of North Alabama, she relocated to Nashville, TN in 2002. She is the Owner & Principal Broker of Elevate Real Estate Brokerage, LLC. Her ability to connect with others through major life changes is a huge part of her success in her career and as a philanthropist. After, the shocking loss of her late husband in 2010 to suicide, she chose to use her own experiences with tragedy to help others with mental health. Her passion is to provide a safe space for any individual silently struggling and advocate for a proactive approach to brain health. Angelynn co-founded the Middle Tennessee chapter of American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP) in 2013 and was instrumental in starting the Annual Out of the Darkness Walk in Nashville, which continues to attract over 2,000 participants each year with the goal of reducing the stigma associated with mental health care.

Brooke Young, Advisory Board Member

Brooke Young is based out of Nashville, Tennessee and works at Gresham Smith as a Senior Healthcare and Federal Marketing Lead, where she has been named an Ambassador for the firm. She has a demonstrated history of working in the Architecture/ Engineering industry throughout her entire career, passionate about the Healthcare market and focusing on business development. Brooke is involved with many Healthcare organizations and non- profits, where she cultivates strong relationships. She works directly with project teams and clients, applying marketing skills, research and designs in order to deliver and meet the requirements set forth by the client. Brooke is a strong marketing professional with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) focused in Marketing from Samford University.

Bob Bonanno, Advisory Board Member

Bob is an accomplished entrepreneur and distinguished business leader with a diverse background encompassing the technology and real estate sectors. Possessing a proven track record of success, he has played pivotal roles in multiple ventures, including co-founding a pioneering B2B marketplace backed by venture capital and establishing a boutique real estate brokerage in Newport Beach, CA.


Bob pursued his education at the University of Southern California, studying International Relations and Business. He believes his greatest achievement is raising his five children with his wife, Julia. Currently residing in Franklin, TN, Bob has demonstrated his commitment to philanthropy through his creation and chairmanship of several charity golf tournaments. Throughout his career, he has actively supported a range of charitable organizations, including Big Brothers Big Sisters of Orange County, Orange County Animal Care, Orangewood Foundation, and Shamrock Pet Foundation.

MARY HUBER, Advisory Board Member

Mary Huber has worked in the contract furniture industry since 1989, and currently has her own company serving customers in Tennessee. She prides herself on business development fundraising for organizations focused on childcare and education for disadvantaged youths, horse therapy for mentally and emotionally challenged youth and adults, and the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.

Rembrandt Flores, Advisory Board Member

Rembrandt Flores currently serves as Chief Brand Officer for Flip.shop. He oversees the Corporate Communications, Experiential, Entertainment Marketing and Partnerships for the #1 social commerce app in the country. Prior to that, he was the Founder of 8Commas, an amplification consultancy for digital currencies, collectibles and other Blockchain-native businesses. With esteemed companies such as dYdX, McLaren Automotive, Dapper Labs, Filecoin Foundation, Chainlink Labs, Forgotten Runes, Metacrafters, Project Venkman, WoW, Coach and Basic.Space, Flores shifted the conversation of Culture to include those brands primarily focused in Web3.


Flores is also a Partner at Flowing Ventures. He has served as both an investor and/or advisor to numerous start up brands such as Flip, Cameo, Proof of Learn, Casper, Away, MOSH, JPEGD, kumu, Versus, MOON, Iconic Hearts, PYM, Verswire and Hashflow.


He was also the Founder & Executive Director of Celebrity Partnerships and Events at Entertainment Fusion Group (EFG). At EFG, he had the privilege of working on a slew of recognizable brands to include Tinder, ASICS, Electronic Arts, Oakley, Fox, Diageo, VEVO, LG, Monster Energy, HTC, Capcom, sbe, Macy’s, Generosity Water and Ubisoft as well as events for The Oscars, Emmys, Sundance Film Festival, Grammys, Coachella, SXSW, Toronto Film Festival and MTV Video Music & Movie Awards. Exceptional experiences are at the core of his ethos and consumer impact.


He sits on the advisory board for Change Your Brain Foundation, Art of Elysium, Unlikely Heroes and splits his time between Los Angeles, New York and various cities in Europe.

Aurora Culpo, Advisory Board Member

Aurora Culpo is the host of the Barely Filtered podcast, a digital entrepreneur, television personality, and mom of two. Holding a Master’s in Teaching and certification as a Behavior Analyst, Aurora dedicated many years to helping children with special needs, particularly Autism. She is passionate about mental health, wellness, and holistic parenting. As a certified Pilates and Yoga instructor, she shares insights with her communities on biohacking, longevity, and relationships. Aurora previously starred in The Culpo Sisters on TLC and HBO Max and continues to prioritize wellness and mental health in all her endeavors.

Kyle Thousand, Advisory Board Member

Kyle is the co-founder and Head of Baseball at Milk & Honey Sports. A sports industry veteran in the business of baseball for over 17 years. Prior to Milk & Honey Sports, Kyle was the Managing Director of Baseball at Roc Nation Sports. Kyle was a former professional baseball player within the Toronto Blue Jays organization. After a brief time in pro ball, Thousand went on to graduate law school and was part of the legal team representing the Chicago Bulls and Chicago White Sox for 4 years before leaving private practice to start a career as an MLBPA Certified Player Agent.

Lisa White, Advisory Board Member

Lisa Parkins White is a proud Tennessee native. After receiving a Master of Arts in public administration and communication (Phi Kappi Phi), she served as a senior legislative analyst for the Memphis City Council and U.S. Congressman Harold Ford, Jr. Her policy focus areas included economic development, city planning and youth initiatives. Lisa’s work in youth policy development was recognized by National League of Cities, The Commercial Appeal and University of Memphis.

For 15 years, Lisa was as an executive board member for Court Appoint Special Advocates (Missouri) and served as president in 2020. As an advocate for children in foster care, she ensured children removed from their homes due to abuse and neglect received necessary education and mental health support. Also, she became a foster parent to better understand the fundamental policy shifts required for systemic change in the foster care system.

As owner and president of White Peak Investments LLC, Lisa leads business development projects in multiple states and continues to provide public affairs consulting. She is passionate about volunteering her time to organizations that provide those in need a helping hand up to achieve success – especially in the areas of mental health, business development and education. Lisa actively supports Voices for Children, Out of the Darkness Walk, Habitat for Humanity and The Lonely Entrepreneur Foundation.

Eddie Thompson, Advisory Board Member

Eddie founded Thompson & Associates in 1996 and incorporated it in 2005. As CEO, he leads over 30 charitable estate planners with a focus on generosity and integrity. Eddie’s unique values-based model has facilitated billions of dollars in charitable donations through thousands of estates over his 30+ year career.

He speaks nationwide on fundraising, nonprofit management, and charitable estate planning. Eddie chairs the Charitable Estate Planning Institute and is a Fellow in Charitable Estate Planning (FCEP).

Originally from Florida, Eddie and his wife Sheryl have lived in Nashville for over 50 years. They have two sons, a daughter, and four grandchildren, and are active in their community and church. Eddie is also an instrument-rated pilot for land and seaplanes.
